What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can coordinate education and apprenticeship programmes end-to-end—combining training design, beneficiary screening, data-driven monitoring, and stakeholder management to drive measurable youth and SME outcomes.

I’m a results-driven education, training and youth skills-development professional with 20+ years of experience in apprenticeship development, curriculum support, programme coordination and stakeholder engagement. I’m especially strong in national youth employment programmes, training design, beneficiary screening, data management, monitoring and reporting, and institutional programme leadership.

I’ve coordinated large-scale skills initiatives that supported 75,000 unskilled youth, women and graduate apprentices under the A2E programme, and I previously supported over 8,000 youth through skilled craft training. In my A2E coordinator role, I develop and maintain beneficiary databases, support screening and selection criteria, coordinate training manual preparation, and ensure start-up kit planning and delivery across trade areas.

I also bring strategic and operational leadership through roles such as Head of Programs at Africa Skills Hub and Brigade SME coordination at Global Brigades. I guide teams to plan, implement and evaluate interventions, draft monitoring plans, produce monthly and regional reports, and translate strategy into workplans that strengthen programme sustainability and beneficiary outcomes.
