What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and grow in a school environment where strong curriculum delivery, discipline, staff development, and measurable student performance improvement are priorities—supported by effective monitoring, stakeholder collaboration, and purposeful use of ICT.

I am an experienced and highly motivated education professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in teaching and school leadership. As Headteacher, I lead and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff to achieve academic goals while implementing national curriculum and Ghana Education Service policies.

I strengthen learning outcomes through strategic interventions that improve student academic performance, discipline, attendance, and student welfare. I also prepare reports and manage school records (including EMIS and assessments), supported by monitoring and evaluation practices and effective classroom and school governance.

I actively build staff capability through organizing in-service training and professional development, and I focus on community and stakeholder engagement through PTA collaboration. My achievements include increasing student pass rate by 80% within 3 years and successfully securing a computer laboratory for students, while integrating technology into lesson preparation and delivery.
