At The END Fund, I led the migration of $88M in pipeline investment data from Excel into Salesforce, improving forecasting accuracy and standardising fundraising operations. I also trained colleagues across Fundraising, Finance, Grants, and Measurement, Evidence and Learning.
In the organisation’s Investor Relations team, I managed day-to-day operations for the 15-member Fundraising team and supported evidence-based neglected tropical disease programmes. I identified a $50K+ double-invoicing discrepancy and worked with Legal, Finance, and the vendor to recover the full overpayment within three months.
As an Associate (Foundations), I coordinated The END Fund’s lead-applicant bid for the MacArthur 100&Change $100M opportunity, including proposal reviews, funder relations, partner MOUs, and budget coordination. I also managed grants work for a US portfolio of 10+ foundations, maintaining 100% compliance.
My experience also includes leading a cross-functional team of 20 on a $30M USDA McGovern-Dole Food for Education proposal at Africa Experts Incorporated, and supporting internal projects and operational documentation at Luminate Strategic Initiatives. I work across philanthropy operations, grants and data systems, with tools including Salesforce and Asana.
