Bernard Kiprop
@bernardkiprop
I build strategy-ready analytics and dashboards to drive donor impact and better operations.
What I'm looking for
I’m a strategy and analytics professional who turns complex data into clear decisions—whether I’m supporting leadership with donor-facing materials or building forecasting and reporting systems. In my current role, I research prospective donors, build data models, and develop pitch decks and pitch memos to move real funding outcomes.
At Prevail Fund, I owned donor stewardship for 3 high-net-worth individuals—creating bespoke dashboards and written memos, and leading deck development for the annual CEO presentation. I also stewarded website development and rebranding, and helped co-manage external communications, including managing Prevail’s LinkedIn page and adapting decks for broader audiences. Through this work, I supported bringing 4 additional donors on board and helped successfully close Prevail’s US$1 billion education fund.
Previously, I strengthened operations and planning at Komaza by developing a forecasting pipeline model for forestry products, integrating operations across three divisions for budgeting and operational planning. I led cost analysis across log harvest, timber processing, and sales—spotting anomalies in transaction posting and identifying cost-cutting opportunities. I also supported data clean-up and reporting tool development toward FSC certification to unlock export market access.
Earlier in my career, I delivered analytics at One Acre Fund, including building a geospatial data repository and R-based dashboards used as a go-to source for Sub-Saharan Africa expansion decisions. I also managed repayment collection performance during a secondment, achieving 97% of total credit, and supported program-level analysis that informed donor strategy and product scaling. Across my roles, I’ve consistently combined research, stakeholder management, and hands-on model-building to help teams act with confidence.
