I am seeking senior roles combining programme and operations leadership in donor-funded health or education projects, where I can strengthen systems, ensure compliance, and drive measurable impact.

I am a programmes management and workplace operations specialist with over 15 years' experience leading programmatic, financial, HR and operational functions across East and Southern Africa. I have a proven track record managing donor-funded health and education initiatives (World Bank, USAID, Global Fund, FCDO), building operational infrastructure, and overseeing large consultant and staff teams to deliver measurable results.

My strengths include program leadership, financial oversight, procurement, risk management and stakeholder engagement across SRHR, HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, RMNCAH and WASH. I combine technical programmatic understanding with senior management experience to ensure compliance, efficient systems, and successful project delivery, while upholding integrity, transparency and collaborative partnerships.
