I seek a mission-driven role where I can lead FP&A, strengthen financial systems, mentor teams, and align resources to impact within a collaborative, growth-oriented organization.

I am a strategic FP&A leader with over 10 years' experience converting complex, multi-currency data into clear insights for executives and boards. I deliver budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning in mission-driven, grant-funded environments.

I design dynamic financial models, scenario analyses, and Power BI dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making. I have led process improvements across finance systems, streamlined reporting cycles, and strengthened controls to boost organizational resilience.
