I've worked across sustainability communication, workforce planning, and environmental economics. At Altreconomia, I wrote articles on environmental protection, fair trade, international cooperation, human rights, and solidarity economies.

I managed the full editorial process, from research and writing to print, while collaborating with journalists, designers, and communications teams. I also used Adobe InDesign, WordPress, and Meta Business to support magazine design, website management, and social content.

At IKEA Italia, I planned schedules for more than 400 store employees and supported workload, staffing strategy, contract mix, performance analysis, and coworker lifecycle administration. I used Kronos to balance commercial needs with labour regulations and strengthened my data-driven problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

My master's degree in Environmental, Cultural and Territorial Economics focused on alternative proteins and the retail availability of plant-based substitutes. I'm motivated to apply environmental economics to transparent ESG reports and sustainability strategies.
