What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deepen my climate and sustainability consulting work—owning GRI/ESRS reporting, EU taxonomy and CSRD-style regulatory analysis, and ESG audits/due diligence—while working with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into measurable impact.

I’m a Sustainability Consultant at Deloitte Climate & Sustainability, where I prepare, elaborate, and publish sustainability reports based on GRI and ESRS standards. I also assist clients with EU Taxonomy and regulatory analyses and reporting (CSRD, CSDDD, EUDR), while managing cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate results. My work includes ESG on-site audits to ensure broad ESG compliance and ESG due diligence for equity firms across various manufacturing sectors.

Before Deloitte, I worked as a Research and Operations Analyst at SDA Bocconi School of Management, researching HR trends in international organizations and contributing to research papers on achieving SDGs and implementing AI in the public sector and the future of work. At ICRIOS Research Center, I created a digital database for the Western Electronic Manufacturers Association directory and analyzed industry evolution by identifying gaps, exit years of firms, patenting activities, and resulting trends. I bring this same data-driven mindset from my Master’s in Sustainability and Energy Management, including my Mastercard Sustainability Research Assistant work to improve carbon footprint and support sustainability initiatives for relevant stakeholders.
