At Shockoe, I architect, design, document, and develop scalable backend applications for enterprise clients, including Foxwoods, Hy-Vee, and UFC. I architected AWS infrastructure for the Foxwoods backend application and led middleware implementation with GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations.

At Shockoe, I also migrated native iOS applications and Titanium projects to React Native, implemented offline-first functionality, and built internal AI integrations focused on custom MCP servers and workflow automation. My work has included observability solutions with Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager.

I'm building and operating Agenda Systems, a multi-tenant scheduling and appointment SaaS platform that I own end-to-end. I integrated Stripe and Mercado Pago payments, connected WhatsApp Business for customer-facing scheduling, and built an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant that manages appointments through the backend.
