Hi! I’m Cristiana, an Engineering Leader with a strong foundation in Software Quality and a hands-on approach to both people and technical challenges. My career started in QA engineering, where I defined quality strategies and built automation frameworks from scratch. Over time, I naturally transitioned into engineering management, combining my technical depth with a strong focus on team building, mentoring, and delivering impactful, high-quality software.

I thrive in startup environments where I can switch between leading strategy discussions and jumping into code reviews or debugging pipelines. I believe that motivation is just as critical as technical skill, and the best teams are built on trust, clarity, and continuous learning.
