What I'm looking for

I’m transitioning into clinical mental health, focused on quality assurance, call monitoring, and clinical support—leveraging my ABA case management, documentation, and staff feedback experience to strengthen treatment fidelity and client outcomes.

I’m an RBT and M.A. in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) with 6+ years of progressive clinical experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings. I focus on behavioral documentation, measurable treatment goals, and treatment fidelity—so clients receive individualized, evidence-based care.

As an ABA Case Manager, I oversee behavior intervention plan development, supervision under BCBA review, systematic data reviews, and structured performance feedback to behavior technicians. In prior roles, I supervised active caseloads under BCBA oversight, led parent consultation sessions, trained and onboarded new behavior technicians using ABA principles, and helped strengthen service quality—earning the C.H.A.M.P.
