I am a dedicated Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in managing ABA services and enhancing treatment outcomes for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My journey in the field began as a Behavior Technician, where I provided direct ABA therapy and developed a strong foundation in data analysis and behavior intervention planning. I have since advanced to managerial roles, overseeing clinical operations and training staff to ensure compliance and quality care.

Throughout my career, I have successfully coordinated with various service providers, conducted training sessions, and led quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery. My commitment to evidence-based practices and my ability to analyze data have allowed me to propose effective treatment plans that meet medical necessity criteria.
