What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a teaching role where I can support students with structured lesson planning, clear parent communication, and strong classroom readiness. I value teamwork, ongoing training, and a student-centered environment.

I’m a teaching-focused professional with a strong customer-service background, bringing clear communication, patience, and reliable follow-through to every classroom and desk task. I’ve supported students through hands-on instruction, documentation, and family updates—while also managing high-volume, detail-oriented work environments.

In my education roles, I’ve served as a Lead/Assistant Teacher and Preschool Drama Teacher, creating weekly lesson plans aligned to state standards and revising materials for individual and small-group learning. I document student progress, communicate with parents, and help ensure safe, organized, and prepared classrooms.

Before and alongside teaching, I developed operational and service excellence through roles such as Pharmacy Technician, Customer Service Representative, and Customer Care/Call Center support. I used specialized systems to troubleshoot issues, process transactions, manage inventory, and handle large daily volumes of calls, emails, and messages.

What drives me is helping others succeed through structure, responsiveness, and teamwork. I’m currently pursuing and maintaining education credentials while staying hands-on in roles that require organization, accuracy, and adaptability—so I can contribute meaningfully from day one.
