I’m a detail-oriented Administration Specialist with more than 7 years of experience managing product master data within enterprise systems. I thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and I’m known for data integrity, documentation discipline, and reliable support for operational teams.

In my current role, I manage and maintain product master data (material codes and pricing) inside SAP, ensuring consistency across internal databases and documentation. I use Microsoft Excel for data processing, validation, and reporting—especially with VLOOKUP, IF, and Pivot Tables—and I resolve discrepancies to keep systems accurate and usable.

I also coordinate end-to-end Indonesian product certification (SNI), including compliance documentation, laboratory testing coordination, audit logistics, and certification payment administration. Alongside this, I provide email/chat support and virtual assistant services, bringing fast typing (60+ WPM), strong time management, and multitasking to every task I handle.
