What I'm looking for
I’m a senior creative operations and project management leader with 10+ years of experience driving complex, cross-functional programs and global marketing campaigns for Harley-Davidson and Nike. I build and lead project teams, implement scalable workflows, and bring order to highly matrixed environments so launches land on time and on budget.
At Harley-Davidson, I lead global creative campaign portfolios and project teams, owning project roadmaps, seasonal timelines, and critical paths. I’ve designed and implemented scalable briefing, approvals, and asset delivery checkpoints across multiple workstreams, while managing annual creative studio forecasts and project budgets.
Earlier at Nike, I served as Global Marketing Operations Director for Catalyst Brand Management and later as Global Marketing Operations Manager for Sportswear & Basketball. In both roles, I developed multi-year program roadmaps, aligned stakeholders on scope and dependencies, owned fiscal and project-level budgets, and improved predictability and speed to market through refined processes, tools, and templates.
Before that, as a Senior Account Manager at HERENOW Creative Network, I handled end-to-end project and account management for Nike brand and retail initiatives—scoping work, building timelines and budgets, and coordinating daily communication between clients and creative teams across print, retail, OOH, and internal presentations.
