At Sound, I partnered with hiring managers on job descriptions and candidate selection, strengthened recruiting through local university and high school relationships, and helped managers use underutilized ATS features. I also managed job postings across the company website, social media, and job boards while onboarding and orienting every new hire.

At Alaska Airlines, I recruited for Maintenance and Engineering Stores teams and launched a new hiring event to streamline interviews and improve the candidate experience. At FlyHomes, I documented recruiting SOPs, managed pre-boarding activities including background checks and I-9 processing, and created service-level agreements and email templates.

My HR foundation includes employee relations, investigations, leave administration, manager training, performance-management support, and onboarding thousands of associates at Amazon. I bring a practical, people-focused approach to building organized, inclusive hiring processes.
