What I'm looking for

I’m a property development project manager with tenant coordination and sales experience. I’m interested in remote, part-time admin and leasing roles (8-20) hours a week, especially tasks like customer relationship management, updates, lease follow-ups, email support, tenant coordination, and document admin.

I am a motivated property development and project management professional with hands-on experience across retail, residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects in KwaZulu-Natal. I have contributed to feasibility, design review, tenant coordination and commercial structuring, and supported lease and contract processes.

In my current role I serve on a Design Review Committee, coordinated tenant fit-outs and acted as primary tenant contact, drafted and managed commercial leases, and supported sales negotiations that led to approximately R25 million in office-unit sales.

I bring a background in biodiversity and agricultural sciences alongside financial and strategic modules, a strong work ethic, teamwork orientation and a clear ambition to expand my commercial property expertise and establish myself as a respected professional in the industry.
