I’m looking for a role where I can drive consultative sales, build strong client relationships, and mentor teammates—contributing to a supportive, performance-focused culture.

I’m a Senior Advisor in sales, motivated by relationship-building and consultative communication. In my role, I prospect and acquire new clients through targeted outreach while consistently meeting established sales targets.

I coach and mentor junior team members on sales techniques and onboarding practices to improve team performance and pipeline conversion. I deliver presentations tailored to customer needs, leading to repeat business and recognitions such as President's Club for top sales.

Outside of sales, I bring hands-on leadership and safety discipline from roles as a Lifeguard and SlideAttendant. Using certified CPR and first-aid skills, I respond to emergencies, identify hazards, enforce safety rules, and coordinate with emergency services when needed.

I also support growth and confidence as a Swim Instructor, planning progressive lessons and tracking progress while adjusting instruction to each swimmer. As I continue my education at Carthage College, I’m excited to combine performance, mentorship, and responsibility in a team that values results and development.
