I’m a compassionate and dependable professional with experience in healthcare support, customer service, childcare, and sales. I’m known for providing high-quality care, staying calm and professional in fast-paced settings, and maintaining a positive attitude.

In my most recent role as a Nurse Aide at The Inn at Bear Trail, I assisted residents with bathing, feeding, and dressing while providing compassionate daily care. I also organized and participated in resident activities and reported residents’ needs to nursing staff.

Earlier roles strengthened my public-facing strengths: as a Cashier/Customer Service associate at JCPenney, I processed transactions, handled returns, and assisted customers with questions. At Dunkin’ Donuts, I took orders, prepared coffee and food items, and followed food safety and cleanliness standards.
