I’m looking for a role where I can support end users with fast troubleshooting, manage incidents and assets, and contribute to deployment and automation on cloud platforms, in a customer-focused team with clear SLAs.

I’m a detail-oriented IT professional with 3+ years of experience spanning software development, system deployment, and technical support. I focus on troubleshooting hardware and software issues quickly, keeping service quality high, and maintaining strong SLA adherence.

In my roles at CapitalSkyrax, I developed and maintained modular, well-tested code using Python, Ruby, and Java. I also built deployment scripts from Git repositories to GCP App Engine, reducing manual deployment errors and improving overall performance and stability.
