I am seeking an operations or management role where I can lead teams, optimize store performance, manage people and inventory, and grow within a customer-focused company.

I am an operations-driven manager with over eight years of progressive retail leadership experience, rising from hourly roles to General Manager and previously overseeing multiple units as a district/enterprise manager. I combine frontline service experience with payroll, hiring, inventory, and deposit responsibilities to keep stores running efficiently.

My background includes military technical training as an Airmen Avionics specialist and hands-on supervisory roles in food service and franchise operations, where I trained staff, managed supply chains, and handled money management tasks. I also hold a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business Management and Political Science, graduating with highest honors.

I bring strong communication, problem solving, and instructional abilities demonstrated through substitute teaching and music instruction, licensed real estate transaction work, and long-term retail management. I seek to apply my operational leadership, customer-service orientation, and cross-functional skills to roles that value reliable, results-oriented managers.
