I lead clinical operations at InBloom Autism Services while developing its Learning Readiness Program and training BCBAs, RBTs, and fieldwork trainees. My work builds on BCBA roles across InBloom, Butterfly Effects, Behavioral Family Solutions, Acorn Health, Positive Behavior Supports, and Achieving True Self.
I'm pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College and teach and develop ethics coursework for its Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences. I also publish and present research on autism, ethical outcomes, assent, altruistic behavior, parent training, and behavior-analytic interventions.
