As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Director, I have dedicated my career to improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental delays. My experience includes co-founding LilyPad Clinical Change & Advocacy, where I designed and implemented business strategies to enhance patient care and ensure compliance with legal standards.
