What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead clinical teams and drive measurable client outcomes—while strengthening staff development through evidence-based ABA, parent training, and high-quality supervision focused on aggression and intense challenging behaviors.

I’m an experienced Clinic Director and BACB Certified BCBA with 10+ years working with special needs populations, with a special focus on clients displaying physical aggression and intense challenging behaviors.

I bring an educator’s mindset with more than 12 years of experience instructing, administrating, developing, and directing programs—especially for non-traditional students in non-traditional environments.

As Clinical Lead Supervisor (4/2024 – Present), I provide clinical supervision to 25 clients and 28 RBT-level staff, mentor a team of 3 BCBA-level providers, and help maintain clinical quality standards in line with BHCOE accreditation. I also provide supervision for BCBA students.

Previously, as a BCBA (9/2021 – 3/2024), I actively managed a caseload of 220-240 direct service hours, carried up to 11 clients, and trained and supervised teams of up to 12 RBTs—while also creating a gamification program to manage RBT cancellations. Earlier experience includes parent training, telehealth 1:1 services, and delivering significant reductions in dangerous and aggressive behavior during COVID-19, supported by credentials including QBS SafetyCare, CPR/AED, TCI/CPI training, and NREMT preparation.
