I'm looking to bring my healthcare, administrative, scheduling, records-management, and compassionate customer-service experience to a role supporting patients, families, clients, and organizational operations.

I've coordinated acute dialysis treatments at AdventHealth Hospitals, working with physicians, nurses, patients, and families across multiple hospital departments. I maintained accurate electronic medical records, documented care promptly, and supported patients during emotionally challenging situations.
