What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my emergency dispatch, medical evacuation, incident management, and call-center training experience in a fast-paced, multicultural crisis-response environment.

I'm currently an Emergency Services Dispatcher with V2X Fire Department in Erbil, Iraq, supporting emergency response operations in high-pressure environments.

Across Kandahar Airfield with G3-Systems and ATCO Frontec Europe, I operated fire alarm communication centres, received 9-1-1 calls, dispatched emergency vehicles, coordinated multi-agency incidents, and trained dispatch staff under NFPA 1061.

I've also coordinated fixed-wing, helicopter, ICU, and ground ambulance evacuations for International SOS Namibia and EMEDRESCUE 24 Namibia, including international medical evacuations, repatriations, commercial flight escorts, and roadside assistance.
