Across my roles at CrossCountry Mortgage, Homebridge, Village Mortgage, and RMS, I supported mortgage operations through document review, file coordination, and follow-up on outstanding requirements. At Homebridge, I progressed from junior loan officer and sales-support responsibilities into mortgage processing responsibilities.

I've worked with sensitive financial and personally identifiable information in regulated financial-services environments, maintaining accurate documentation and following established processes. I have approximately 10 years of Encompass experience.

I'm transitioning into cybersecurity GRC, with a focus on governance, risk management, compliance, client assurance, audit readiness, and third-party risk. I'm CompTIA Security+ certified, hold a Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, and am completing GRC training.
