I’m an Operations Manager built for fast-paced environments where details matter. I manage complex scheduling, logistics, customer demand, and system accuracy while staying organized under pressure and preventing issues before they arise.

In my current role at Tampa Music School, I manage complex scheduling for 200+ students and instructors using Pike13, Classkid, Hubspot, and other CRM tools. I coordinate billing and student tuition/account records to ensure perfect accuracy, while also maximizing enrollment yields by converting incoming leads through consistent, proactive outreach—exceeding targets.

I bring a hands-on, field-informed perspective from years as a Field Investigator (Contractor) with Caoilte Inc., where I captured high-resolution commercial and industrial property documentation for architectural planning and surveys. I produced detailed interior/exterior sketches and measurements for LODs so CAD engineers could generate precise 3D property models, and I audited project databases to maintain accuracy of images, location tagging, and alignment to associated data points.

Across other roles, I’ve supported customer experience and operational reliability—handling inquiries and conflicts with care, coordinating photo-day logistics from setup through breakdown, and organizing private and group travel itineraries in Ireland. I’m at my best when I can bring efficiency, structure, and a positive, proactive approach to support operations and business growth.
