I’m a Payment Record Adjuster with a strong background across payment integrity, medical billing, and accounts receivable. I focus on accurate processing, clear communication, and meeting strict timelines while following TRICARE and operational requirements.

At WPS Health Solutions, I process adjustments and credits in line with TRICARE Policy, identify and credit refunds to correct claim history, and request recoupment when required. I coordinate benefits across commercial insurance, Medicare, and other plans, review generated and inventory reports, and confirm pricing, reimbursement, and cost-sharing are correct.
