What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in Development Studies through roles involving research, data collection, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and community development.

I'm currently supporting the Zimbabwe National Boxing and Wrestling Control Board as a Programs Officer, where I manage athlete registration and clearance, compliance checks, stakeholder communication, database updates, and BoxRec result uploads.

I've built practical development-sector experience through roles with Rural Infrastructure Development Agency, Agroscore, Score Against Poverty, Mwenezi Development Training Centre under the World Food Programme, and Kuntem Trading Microfinance. My work has included beneficiary registration, data collection and analysis, baseline and end-line surveys, monitoring and evaluation, loan disbursements, client record keeping, and outreach to farmers and small enterprises.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Development Studies and bring strong research, administrative, communication, project management, and resource mobilization skills.
