What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated behaviour change and programme officer with extensive experience implementing HIV, GBV and adolescent sexual and reproductive health interventions across districts in Zimbabwe. My background blends frontline community mobilisation, stakeholder advocacy and clerical data management.
I have led district-level demand generation and Spotlight GBV activities, supporting and supervising volunteers, mentors and community health cadres while strengthening referral pathways and partnerships with government and civil society stakeholders.
On the data side, I perform accurate double data entry, validation and reporting for clinic-level HIV/TB patient records and have produced routine program reports for site, district, provincial and national levels while maintaining strict data confidentiality.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Social Sciences and multiple sector certificates (Global Health eLearning, World Vision safeguarding and driver training), and I bring strong Microsoft Office skills, stakeholder coordination and program management capabilities to deliver quality results.
