At MAHLE International GmbH, I’m accountable for operating ITSM, IAM, PAM and automation platforms, including Omada Identity with around 70,000 identities.

I manage around 30 employees across three teams through three team leads in India, Poland, Brazil and Mexico. Our platforms include BMC Helix, CyberArk Cloud, MFA/SSO, AWX and Unicat.

Previously, I led MAHLE’s global M365 program for around 40,000 users, with a €3.7M budget. I coordinated 85 international colleagues and obtained board-level approval for the operational roles before handover.

Earlier, I led the IT integration of BEHR Hella Service GmbH into the MAHLE Group and managed global IT projects to PMI standard. I’m ITIL 4 Master and PMP certified.
