At Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, I lead IT projects supporting Epic deployments and enterprise technology initiatives. I also develop PowerShell automation to reduce manual administrative work.
I support Active Directory, endpoint management, printers, scanners, and healthcare applications across multiple clinical sites. I troubleshoot workstation, network, and application issues and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve workflows and system reliability.
At Thrive, I monitored enterprise infrastructure using N-able, managed incidents through ServiceNow, and created SQL and automation solutions to improve reporting. I also supported Windows services, production systems, and patching.
At State College of Florida, I imaged and deployed Windows workstations, wrote Ghost automation scripts, and troubleshot hardware and software. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Software Engineering from St. Petersburg College and am CompTIA A+ certified.
