What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate programmes, support people and stakeholders, and use my administration and data-quality experience to improve services.

I'm currently coordinating training programmes at Be Well Learning, managing bookings, schedules, learner communications, training records, accessibility requirements, and stakeholder relationships for mental health, autism, and learning disability awareness initiatives.

Previously at Alder Hey Hospital, I improved the quality and completeness of patient data, used Power BI and Excel for validation work, supported ADHD pathways, and helped build the Meditech Expanse information system. My earlier management and hospitality roles strengthened my customer service, cash handling, stock control, event setup, and team leadership skills.
