I’m looking for a role where I can lead a team on the floor, deliver excellent customer service, and combine operations support with admin strength—staying organised, solving issues quickly, and growing within a fast-paced environment.

I bring a hands-on, service-first approach built across hospitality and professional sport. I’ve supervised day-to-day bar operations, delegated tasks to colleagues, handled customer payments and complaints, and ensured clean, efficient service at high pressure.

I also support business operations with office-administration capabilities, including invoice processing and data organisation using QuickBooks and Excel. I lead with clear communication and organisation—whether running reservations and recommending activities for guests, or coordinating schedules and stock ordering to keep everything running reliably.
