I am an Outreach Specialist with extensive experience in coordinating customer communications for various construction activities related to electric, water, reclaimed water, and wastewater services. My role at JEA has allowed me to develop strong skills in customer relations, project planning, and emergency response coordination, particularly during significant events such as Hurricane Matthew and Hurricane Irma.

Throughout my career, I have utilized tools like ArcMap and SAP Business Objects to enhance project planning and execution.
