I am a registered nurse with more than five years' experience as a Clinical Product Coordinator, combining clinical knowledge with procurement and quality-assurance expertise. I have successfully sourced safe, cost-effective medical devices and led implementation activities, including research, cost analysis, and managing product alerts, recalls, and stock shortages.

Previously, I worked as an Eligibility Assessment Administrator, where I verified patient eligibility, trained new staff on DHB patient data systems, compiled daily maternity and outpatient reports, and issued invoices for non-eligible patients. I built strong stakeholder relationships—working with DHB teams and Immigration New Zealand—to ensure accurate funding and referral processes.

Early in my career I provided Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and relocations, honing communication, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills that improve patient and provider interactions.
