At Mojang Studios, I own Minecraft's Weekly Stability Report for roughly 200M+ monthly active players, delivering it to 400+ stakeholders across the studio, including leadership.
I've unified third-party crash data with internal telemetry through documented Kusto ingestion and transformation pipelines, and built session and crash-data schemas for Minecraft Java. My root-cause investigations have surfaced escalating crash issues early enough to prevent release delays.
Previously at 343 Studios, I built Power BI dashboards for bug burndown and mean time to failure across hundreds of thousands of sessions. I also created a self-service C# GUI tool that enabled community teams to investigate malicious player activity without recurring engineering support.
My background spans feature quality, release support, live operations, analytics, and coordinating QA execution teams of 80+ testers. I use KQL, SQL, Power BI, data modeling, Git, and AI-augmented workflows to turn complex operational data into clear reporting and action.
