What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator and Virtual Receptionist with proven experience in office administration, customer service, and clerical support. I manage switchboards, scheduling, record-keeping, and team support to keep daily operations running smoothly. I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Administration with a strong commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.
In my remote role as a Customer Support Representative (Remote) at Best of Best Company (January 2025–February 2026), I provide customer support via email, chat, and phone.
