I've supported Bridgeport Wellness Center and Hendricks Medical Management from practice startup through ongoing operations, helping establish and grow services across Direct Primary Care, skilled nursing, and assisted living.

I manage credentialing, prior authorizations, clinic workflows, EMR implementation, vendor relationships, staffing support, and operational setup for new locations. I've also provided hands-on clinical support through triage, venipuncture, IV therapy, medication coordination, and patient scheduling.

My work at Seneca Rehabilitation Hospital and Guardian Healthcare centered on patient assessments, admissions, referral relationships, insurance verification, and care placement.

As an LPN, I've delivered long-term care, wound care, medication administration, care planning, clinical documentation, and staff supervision. I bring more than 15 years of healthcare experience spanning nursing, rehabilitation, case management, practice management, business development, and healthcare operations.
