At R. Emmanuel Consulting & Training Center, I support IAM operations for 500+ end users, handling provisioning, password resets, account unlocks, and access modifications across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
At Georgia-Pacific LLC, I support identity lifecycle operations and administer identities, groups, and permissions using RBAC and least-privilege principles. I also support SSO, MFA, and authentication troubleshooting.
Across these IAM roles, I process and document access requests and incidents through ticketing and workflow systems, and maintain audit trails for identity changes. My experience includes tools such as ServiceNow, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, and PowerShell.
Before moving into IAM, I was a Production Foreman at Michelin, where I managed workforce assignments and personnel updates for a 13+ employee team. I also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, processing prescriptions and maintaining customer and medication records.
