• Calculated capacity metrics using combination of Excel formulas and VBA http request to visualize in a heat map which
provided 100% accuracy in fullness needed to plan hours for Stow department
• Programmed Excel tool with VBA using IE automation to reduce task time by 93%; solving the need to quickly deploy bin related projects

• Applied to query data, analyze and report for multiple FCs saving the company in cost reduction projects including research of inventory record defect rate
