At Ambience Hotel and Resorts, I provide customer service to hotel, restaurant, and lounge guests, responding to enquiries and requests.

I take customer orders and coordinate with the service team to support accurate, timely fulfilment.

I process payments and maintain account and transaction records, handling cash and other transactions carefully.

I also resolve complaints, follow up on outstanding requests, and coordinate daily lounge service with a team of three waitresses. I’m eager to apply my hospitality experience to remote customer support and travel services.
