I'm strengthening data governance and control environments for Mortgage Banking Operations at Raymond James Bank. I conduct RCSA-based testing, audit more than 100 mortgage data fields, and validate data across loan and credit documentation for HMDA compliance.
Previously at Raymond James Bank, I assessed network, server, backup, and access controls; reviewed SOC reports; and identified remediation opportunities. I also led access-governance reviews, audited NTFS permissions, managed ServiceNow security incidents, and supported business impact analysis and disaster recovery planning.
At Raymond James Financial, I supported the Legal Department with secure onboarding, provisioning, role-based access, and IT workflows aligned with InfoSec requirements. I also managed legal data governance projects supporting Exari and Passport implementations.
My background also includes technical support, computer repair, and operational coordination. I bring an MS in IT Cybersecurity and hands-on experience connecting data quality, IAM, security operations, and regulatory compliance.
