At Woodward Military Marine, I lead cross-functional process improvement across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams. I redesigned import/export workflows with Supply Chain and Quality, reducing customs clearance from weeks or months to days.

I own end-to-end continuous improvement from RFQ through closeout, maintaining a cross-departmental CI tracker and rebuilding core processes. This work supported CMMI Level 3 maturity attainment and U.S. Navy certification readiness while strengthening operational discipline.

As founder of Premier Industrial Custom Services, I grew the business from $0 to $2M in revenue within three years. I built its production workflows, quality standards, tooling, operating rhythms, team systems, and customer-management processes from the ground up.

Across industrial, supply chain, quality, and customer-facing environments, I combine field-level observation, structured problem solving, documentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration to make better ways of working repeatable.
