My journey began as a Laboratory Assistant, where I honed my skills in chemical mixing, equipment maintenance, and laboratory management. My dedication to my role has led me to take on the responsibilities of Acting Laboratory Technician, overseeing a team of six and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.
Throughout my career, I have been proactive in improving laboratory practices, such as re-establishing an inventory system at my first school assignment. My leadership skills were further demonstrated when I served as Vice-chairperson on the Laboratory Technician and Assistants Management Committee under the Public Servants Association.
