What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level role where I can create clear communications and documentation, support customers or internal teams, and continue developing my IT, content, and workplace communication skills.

At Endo, I created educational content, drafted corporate communications, and archived retired websites for the Commercial IT and Digital Workplace team.

I streamlined sales-force process documentation for use on a single mobile device, presented on IT communication development to the Chief Information Officer, and originated a company-wide virtual assistant idea adopted by the CIO.

Across Bella Vita Coffee & Cream and Starbucks, I managed point-of-sale operations, served high volumes of customers, maintained inventory, and helped train new hires in drink-making and customer service.

I'm completing a BA in English and Creative Writing at Ursinus College, bringing strong written communication, documentation, customer issue resolution, and cross-team collaboration to my work.
