I've provided individualized client support at Higher Ground ABA, collecting behavioral data, documenting progress, and helping clients build communication, social, daily-living, and independence skills.

At YMCA of Central Kentucky, I progressed to Lead Staff and coordinated daily activities, schedules, and workflows for teams of up to six staff members serving 15–45 participants at a time. I communicated with families, handled conflicts and safety concerns, and supported staff onboarding.

I've also independently managed schedules, routines, appointments, and household responsibilities as a private nanny, bringing discretion, organization, calm problem-solving, and dependable service to changing needs.
