Organized and assisted with multiple party itineraries daily, including scheduling and preparation. Led front-of-house for parties, took calls, booked parties, and ensured complete satisfaction by creating a fun and attentive environment.

Greeted customers and assisted with questions, managed the POS system and cash handling, prepared food and beverages, and ensured clean and safe areas for guests and employees.

Pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management (B.A.A.S) with an expected graduation in December 2026.
