I’m a Hospitality Operations & Automation Specialist with a hospitality management background, and hands-on experience building workflow systems using Zapier, Airtable, and Google Workspace. I streamline guest communication, operational coordination, and internal processes by turning repeat tasks into reliable automation workflows.
In 2025, I built hospitality automation for booking follow-ups and reservation tracking, including automated guest communication from booking through post-stay engagement. As CDS President (NYSC Enugu), I led and coordinated 40 corps members, introduced structured planning and tracking systems to improve workflow visibility and accountability, and managed conflict to strengthen team collaboration.
